Torrent® Orthrus 9mm Direct Thread Mount
The Torrent® Orthrus 9mm Direct Thread Mount is designed to provide a simple, dependable mounting option for legacy Torrent® suppressor owners while maintaining the manufacturing standards expected from Guardian Defense Mfg accessories.
This mount allows the Torrent® Orthrus 9mm suppressor to attach directly to 1/2×28 threaded barrels, offering a secure and repeatable interface without the added complexity of quick-detach systems. Its direct-thread design minimizes potential points of movement, making it an excellent choice for shooters prioritizing alignment and consistency.
System Compatibility & Function
Direct thread mounting remains a preferred option for many 9mm platforms due to its simplicity, reliability, and minimal added bulk. The Orthrus Direct Thread Mount maintains a compact 1.5-inch overall length, helping preserve handling characteristics on pistols and pistol-caliber carbines.

Installation & Use Guidelines
Install the Torrent® Orthrus 9mm Direct Thread Mount using proper torque specifications and thread locker as appropriate for your application. Verify correct thread pitch selection prior to installation. Always confirm suppressor alignment before live fire.
